This is a introduction for beginners and/or digital photographers ready to jump into analog. In this course, you will learn how to process your own film into a negative.

Intro to the Darkroom – Initiation to Black and White Printing

$150-$200 per person on a sliding scale, 2 hours session @ my studio

In this course, you’ll learn the foundamentals of black and white gelatin silver printing. We will review the chemistry that we’ll be using – wet station- and set up the enlarger after selecting your negative for printing -dry station. You’ll return home with your first print ! This course is best suited for beginners to intermediary printers.
